Played this today at locals and top 2'd.
The tournament rules were you were allowed to run one card from the banned list.
My choice was Chaos Emperor Dragon.
So i made this deck around 1 a.m. one night i couldn't sleep this week and practiced with it....little did I know i would come in second only to be beaten by Hopless Dragon XD.
I saw some interesting deck ranging from aggro, blue eyes montage beatdown, little city,junk warrior turbo, and many Hopless Dragon decks lol.
I went 5-1 and lost to a good buddy of mine who had the hopless dragon otk build. I one one and then he one the last two matches of our duel. Prohibition was my main side in today and saved me numerous times as i would use for a decks main card or searcher like gold sarcophagus, orunk synchron, or gold wu-lord of darkworld.
Chaos Emperor Dragon saved me against one hopeless dragon deck winning with its effect doing a whopping 4900 points of damage. then summoning sangan one time after using emperor dragon's effect to clear the field and then sangan for the win next turn.
